We are a collaboration of European and US Technical craftsmanship's for Remodeling and Renovations.
We thought that this name explains it best what type of experience and skills we have.
We are a small company with a small office so we can save on overhead which in turn is savings for our clients.
For Display of products we will recommend our trusted wholesalers showrooms.
It doesn't matter whether we use our material or the clients material for the job.
German Renovation Service has 25 years of experience in Germany and for the last 6 years in the United States.
For over 15 years, Dietmar Kraus owned his own independent company for Renovation and Construction service in Germany.
In 2002 he immigrated to the USA and prides himself on having renovated several Hotels in Houston and Dallas TX and Alexandria La for Heights Hospitality and Leslie Hospitality Management company.
Partner, Erika Schindler, brings with her 15 years of experience in Home Renovation working for several Realty Companies and also personal Residental Customers.
Approximately 1 and 1/2 years ago we decided to start our own independent company to share our experience with Residential Customers. Our goal is for all of our clients to deliver professional performance at affordable prices.
Through our renovation experience with the hotels we realized that contractors charge overpriced fee's for their performances.
